Foods that metabolise as polysaccharides and yeasts are ideal for Lyme infections. Sugars, yeasts, dairy lactose, vinegars other than apple cider vinegar, alcohol, and other substances are examples. A successful Lyme disease therapy is more likely with a healthy Lyme disease diet. Any treatment that does not include dietary changes and specific food abstentions is unlikely to be effective.
